1、The chilled water of the storage tank is continuously circulated by the pump through the plate or cell evaporator. After the compressor runs, it is air-compressed-exhaust-condensation (liquefaction) -throttling - and then endothermic vaporization at a low temperature of -10 to -18 degrees in the evaporator. The frozen water in the water temperature of 0 degrees continuously condenses into ice on the surface of the cooler evaporator. When the ice condenses to a certain thickness, the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant reaches the set temperature of the temperature control, that is, the defrosting solenoid valve is often deiced in the form of heat pump. 2、The ice maker should be installed away from the heat source, no direct sunlight, good ventilation, the ambient temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, to prevent the ambient temperature is too high to lead to poor heat dissipation of the condenser, affecting the ice making effect. The ground on which the ice machine is installed should be solid and flat, and the ice machine must be kept level, otherwise it will cause no deicing and noise during operation.
3、The gap between the back and left and right sides of the ice making machine is not less than 30cm, and the top gap is not less than 60cm.
4、The ice maker should use an independent power supply, dedicated power supply and equipped with a fuse and leakage protection switch, and be reliably grounded.
5、The ice machine water should meet the national drinking water standards, and install a water filtration device to filter impurities in the water, so as not to clog the water pipe, pollute the sink and ice mold. And affect the performance of ice making.
6、When cleaning the ice machine, the power supply should be turned off, it is strictly prohibited to wash the water pipe directly at the body, scrub with neutral detergent, and it is strictly prohibited to clean with corrosive solvents such as acid and alkaline.
7、The ice machine must be turned into the water hose head for two months to clean the inlet valve filter screen to avoid the sand and mud impurities in the water to block the intake port, causing the amount of water to become smaller, resulting in no ice making.
8、The ice maker must clean the dust on the surface of the condenser every two months, because poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to the compressor components. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner or a small brush to clean the oil dust on the condensing surface. Do not use sharp metal tools to clean it, so as to avoid damaging the condenser.
9、The water pipes, sinks, storage refrigerators and protective film of the ice machine should be cleaned every two months.
10、When the ice maker is not in use, it should be cleaned, and the dry ice mold and water in the box should be blown with a hair dryer. It should be placed in a place free of corrosive gas and ventilated and dry.
